They have a really good point, and it’s super clear neither of you have been to prison. Money in commissary at one place not following when you get transferred and money staying with the prison when you get released are both real problems. More than ~$1k on your books really isn’t an advantage, can’t buy much past snacks/hygiene/sometimes very limited entertainment stuff anyways. Withholding entirely until he’s out is pretty lame though, being able to buy a toothbrush and a tiny bag of chips for $25 is the least he deserves. I’ve never dealt with someone famous being locked up, but usually you try to get money to someone outside they trust who can pay lawyers/put it on books as needed

Yeah, superdelegates negotiating a deal vs directly representing their constituencies was the core of it. Apparently she’d made prior concessions in exchange for it being “her turn” that time and the nomination was essentially decided before voting began. When things weren’t working out that way the superdelegates were told how to vote and did, the arguments where she insisted on that were a highlight of the email leaks. It was a long time ago and I’m probably not the one to ask, tf even is a “superdelegate”? Sounds made up.

Bernie is a true believer and the closest thing to a politician I trust. How he’s been treated by the establishment is a great illustration of how corrupt our entire system has become, and his patience in continuing to navigate it without giving up or selling out is… Really something.

I mean… he won but got fucked out of it. That’s what the “Hilary’s emails” stuff was all about, clear collusion between her and the DNC to subvert their own processes. It’s interesting and important history if you’re looking for a rabbithole today

Got me daydreaming about a career as a NICE agent, cruising around an unmarked luxury SUV with a ski mask on just giving people rides and passing out snacks
No. Not allowed. Straight to gulag.
It depends on if the beetle can afford to pay
Pretty much the same as my opinion on eating, shitting, and gardening op
If you take chicken nuggies for granted you’re worse
Butcher on site, make a sledge/travois, don’t do it alone. You’re pretty close, really. Waaay back you might just camp near the kill until it was eaten/dried
Tired.
