I’ve timed a few and found that even if it does give pedestrians a cycle without the button being pushed, at some of them pushing the button gives it to us a bit faster.

She’s a TV show character played by a (now) well known actress/singer named Miley Cyrus. In the show “Hannah Montana” is actually her stage name as a singer, and the character’s ‘real’ name is something else.

… Ok, I actually did check the wiki and they did something pretty funny. Her character’s name in the show is Miley Stewart, and her father in the show is named Robby Ray Stewart, played by the actress’s actual father Billy Ray Cyrus, who is himself a famous singer in real life.

Matrix is a good example I think: It allows a client to authorize another client so both work. It’s not the same ‘backup’ scenario, but proves the concept can work.

Is there an easy reference for the history there? I’ve used it over the years but not regularly enough to see it changing.
