He only had $2000 on him, the rest was in the bank/daddies bank
Pocket change, duh
*pocket emeralds
Now I’m imagining him as dale gribble, but with verdant blinding powder. Which isn’t exceptionally far off the mark.
Hrrmm… Huhuh!
Yeah, lol. $2000 was what he kept in his wallet, just in case he wanted to make a few impulse purchases at the airport.
He would have brought more but then he would have had to declare it at customs
Yep. There was probably like a month of his daddy not being able to send money because of opening a bank account after moving or something, which is why he is now larping as “i was so poor”
when your statement is so absurd that David “Lizard People” Icke calls you out for wanting people to believe it
“I was born a poor black child”
Does Musk really want to bring up his apparently illegal activities in that era considering the current ICE climate regarding those who have a history of immigration violations?
Atlanta immigration attorney Charles Kuck says Musk stating that he had a J-1 visa makes it clear he worked illegally, given the restrictions that would have only allowed work in connection with his academic program.
“So clearly, he’s admitting now that in fact, he did work illegally and violate his status. The only question is at that point, what did he do to fix his status violation?” Kuck says.
Imagine ICE grabbing Musk and treating him like they treat anyone else and then deporting him to some random African nation with a history of enslaving people.
He can buy and sell the agency multiple times. Milo got deported because despite being loud, he probably has pretty average savings. We’ve seen right-wing sorts get bludgeoned by the leopard hammer. None of them have been extremely wealthy. It won’t happen.
You’re right, of course, but don’t interrupt my fantasy. And let’s be honest, he couldn’t buy or sell anything if ICE grabbed him, sent him to a shit-hole facility in some random state and refused to allow him access to a phone to call anyone. Damn… I’m getting close.
Milo got in trouble for criticising Isreal. Maybe if he sucked off Trump like Loomer did he might still be on this side of the pond.
Rules don’t apply to the rich
Even if deported, he has the money to live comfortably, he would likely either come back illegally anyway as a point, or move to another country and do his proceedings there. Him being deported wouldn’t remove his ties, or companies at all, as those don’t need US citizenship or anything. The only thing actually deporting him will do is but a blemish on him, and make a rich a-hole want to do everything he can to make the person who caused it regret it.
In the case of Musk, it would likely cause a massive political campaign fund for the either the direct opposing party or more realistically whoever runs for his party that the current administration does not advocate for.
The outcome is the same though, which is why I see no world where they actually try this.
Here’s the thing: obscenely rich people can say whatever and literally everyone will believe it because the average human thinks “he has lots of money therefore he is smart and worked his way up and if I use this as a judge of his character then he is unlikely to lie”
It’s a huge cultural issue that pervades everything, money is not virtue.
It’s classic circular reasoning.
“He’s so rich because he’s hard working and smart.”
“How do you know he’s so hard working?”
“Because lazy and dumb people don’t get rich, duh.”
To many, rich parents, dumb luck, lack or morals and a huge pile of debt don’t play a role.
“Because lazy and dumb people don’t get rich, duh.”
That’s when you point out the existence of inheritance and generational wealth
Correct . Lazy and dumb people don’t get rich. They just ARE rich.
Nah, that’s not how it works. People believe it because they can pay people to repeat their lies, and their success buys them a seat in main-stream media interviews where they can broadcast their bullshit to millions of people. And in Musk’s case, he can just buy a social media company and force it to boost his excreta.
Dude, Epstein himself was about to release an “interview” where he’s this approachable cool guy and he’s just eccentric. I bet you it would have worked if released as planned.
Yes there are bot accounts pushing narratives but that doesn’t stop people from going “whoa everyone must be wrong about him”
My point is that people don’t believe it just because he’s rich. People believe it because it’s made to sound believable, and repeated from every angle by many outlets. It’s not really about bots but rather a complicit media.
I don’t disagree with your statements
he has lots of money therefore he is smart
Not smart, cunning. The peole who worship billionaires do not respect intelligence.
"My God, the shit you want us to believe.”
lol, David Icke Does Irony
For real, can’t believe I enjoyed a David fucking Icke comment
What he means is that he had roughly $2K in cash on him when he landed. For a gentle landing. From Papa Musk’s mines.
That’s like saying the Mara sisters were a true rags to riches story for their rise in Hollywood.
It’s not rags to riches when even your early roles had lines in your contract where you were exempt from filming on days where the Giants or Steelers has playoff/super bowl games since your wealthy family owned 2 NFL teams.
I didn’t think I’d ever agree with the guy who says reptilians are controlling world governments, but here we are.
Watching David Ike go after Elon musk is a bit like Nigel Farage calling JK Rowling a bigoted ecomaniac, you don’t expect it.
And then depended on socialized system to support him while he used it to advance himself.
“Self made” is bullshit.
There probably hasn’t been a real self-made wealthy person in a century.
Everyone got some kind of assistance. Whether it be the public schools, parent’s money, or loans, they all got a hand up and in the case of parental wealth they got a handout.
People constantly dismiss the social system that propped them up with schools, libraries, free or reduced cost school lunches, government grants, scholarships, or even a GI Bill as soon as they get rich they “did it all themselves.”
i think that at the point when the lizard people story origin guy calls out your bullshit it’s time to stop posting forever
“Heartbreaking: the worst person you know just made a great point.”
This nigga musk is a compulsive liar and needs therapy
Fuck that, he deserves a bullet.
At least that hole wouldn’t spew lies
The man is incredibly easy to read
Musk: That’s OUR word!
Oh dear god.
Are we really at the point where … David Icke is saying things that actually make sense?
He’s a disinformation agent. Enough of what he says is logical, so that when he spews bullshit, people either believe the bullshit too, or disregard everything that has ever and will ever come out of his mouth. I’m on Team B.
Oh I mean yeah, his… if you try to take him seriously, you’ll find that he doesn’t exactly have a well evidenced, coherent world view… being extremely charitable here lol.
He makes a massive amount of logical leaps to conclusions that basically just fit into something approximating a narrative that allows him to be a kind of truth messiah.
Some of what he says, yeah, actually touches on real things, but he’s basically British Alex Jones as a mystic… does the same kind of … no actual due diligence, spins things off into a wild conclusion that basically just ‘feels right’ to them, which often involves essentially inventing or fabricating the linkages between ideas and concepts, which do not actually exist in reality… but everything is stated or implied with the same amount of certainty and conviction.
Hell, I remember when they both used to collab often, back in the 00’s back before I realized they were both considerably more wrong than right.
When one is raised in an extremely / fanatically religious environment, one is taught cognitive dissonance, its internalized.
Took me a great deal of effort to fully deconvert myself from that, but starting out raised as basically a religious nutjob makes one very, very prone to conspiricism in trying to understsnd politics and broader society.
He actually believes it though, which is something rare in today’s performative algorithm.
I mean his Twitter post up there is straightforward enough. But I honestly don’t think that he believes everything he says about everything he says. He does spew a lot of bullshit. And I think he knows it. That’s what a disinformation agent is. A celebrity designated to speak about sensationalized topics which grab everyone’s interest & attention, then he throws in an occasional WTF curveball, keeping everyone busy trying to figure it out, meanwhile the government is doing all their weird corrupt shenanigans and nobody notices because everyone’s trying to figure out the last weird thing David icke said.
Don’t give him too much credit. Almost anything makes more sense than MAGA.
I had to look this up to make sure it wasn’t a different David Icke…
