here a tyramine list The biggest differences are tomatoes being fine and broccoli not being fine. Idk how scientific your list is, but all tyramine list are vibes only. E.g. people on reddit being like “yea this gave me a migraine” + the substances grow in a similar fashion, so its no wonder they match mostly 1:1
I blocked some shitheads on this platform FOR THE EMPIRE
That is interesting to learn. Well as long as tomatos are fine for me I am gonna rule out histamine, but eggplants and broccoli that makes me go ouch
With just a little bit of common sense this wouldn’t be so hard to differentiate. Oats are processed, yes (take the grain, separate the husk, press it, pasteurize it, package it, etc.), but nobody will tell you its processed food, right? Also isn’t transport a unit operation, wouldn’t make that anything that got moved in an industrial fashion processed? Get a life if that trips you up
Yea that’s not what this comment is about but try again
Your name is incredibly funny to me in that context. Anyways, stay strong and hopefully you find some nice recipe to make it a more pleasant journy!
It’s tyramine for me, but similar concept and similar foods
Insufferable fucks downvoting because muh-not-perfectly-reasoned. There are years of brain fog and migraine behind this statement from me. Just because you haven:'t heard anything about it doesn’t mean its not real. No I did not grow up with a lack of diversity, but I always had headaches so fuck you
Yea didn’t say that I eat processed meats or any form of cheese either, but I can eat fresh meat and fish, eggs and milk. I can also eat young legumes without getting headaches but I am in testing on that front. Its not about processed but rather age of the product, anything that gets industrially processed (especially protein rich foods) is probably too old.
Edit: fixed typos and inserted missing words for clarity
As someone who gets hard af headaches and migraine from processed and older foods, I’d say they are wrong. at least for me. No way I eat vegan when there are only 3 types of legumes that don’t give me a headache

So please give me an example of “building things” and why metric would not be better when measuring "small things*. Like I can measure anything in both units just fine, its whats the tool is telling me isn’t it? So it’s either about up/down scaling, which is just multiply by 10^x for the amount you need (aka slide the decimal point to where you need it)
Am I the only one who thinks cilantro and parsley taste like soap and its like fine but not pleasant?
Always try to talk to your local loners! (Maybe ask for consent)
Bang.
Because I thought of a funny word first an then read the post til the end
