I’m not fluent in second language or anything, but I think I have learned the most when immersed, like I visited the Philippines for a month and started to pick up some Tagalog. Or during two years of grad school, I had a lot of Nepali friends and slowly started to understand more Neplai words and phrases

Are there literal curfews nowadays for kids or is that hyperbole.
Where/when I grew up we didn’t have specific curfews, but the cops mightve stopped to ask questions if you were out an about at 2am or something. But we would typically just be hanging out and chatting after a long day of skateboarding
