Right… So then why not use this as an opportunity to blame the west instead of owning their contributions? That’s where I am not putting the dots together. I don’t see how this benefits them with controlling their people or propaganda
I have to admit that I don’t see the motive for censoring this. One would think it would be an opportunity for China to point the finger at their “enemies” the west and say this was a result of their climate change. Instead they’re Streisanding it. The only thing I can guess is that they may not want to have engineering skills questioned - but this was clearly something that was unavoidable.
