2. You do indeed have Malwarebytes installed and infact have 50 suspicious files that need removal. Do you remove without review (yes) or do you contain them first for review(no).

This sounds more like an ad somewhere on someone’s newish machine that hasn’t removed the bloat software. I would ignore the shit out of that prompt and check if some trial Malwarebytes is installed.
