Not sure how much you know about keto, but the diet comes with a real risk of serious permanent damage. It only takes one bad day for you to go from ketosis to ketoacidosis, which can straight up kill your ass. I have a friend who had a heart attack at 25 from that. So there is a safety standpoint there.
