Edit: I found 2 that apply Rule 239: Never be afraid to mislabel a product. Rule 152: A lie is a way to tell the truth to someone who doesn’t know.

Uh, aren’t the quadrants just divisions of the Milky Way galaxy? The Delta Quadrant is part of the same galaxy.
