Based on a quick search, the estimates I found had a pretty wide spread but most people seem to put him as punching 5-10 times harder than an average man. At 10% you still have to contend with his technique, but the force would be comparable to an amateur boxer.
Granted, without training an amateur boxer could still probably wreck your shit, but they probably wouldn’t put you in the hospital.
