Interestingly I have a fair amount of patients who cry more as they’re coming out of their depression than when they were in the thick of it.
Turn it into a joke: What do you call someone who masturbates to people crying? A tear jerker.
Or just a jerk (who gets off on schadenfreude).
Only if he pulls too hard.
If he masturbates so furiously that he tears what he’s jerking, it’s no wonder he’s so depressed.
