This is not a SFW instance. NSFW communities will be tagged, and efforts will be made to keep SFW communities clean, but proceed at your own comfort level.
My guess is it’s because most just look at the face which is mostly unchanged, then there is the people who actually can’t distinguish it and who just upvoted for the opinion
