I’m not familiar with the image but I suspect that it was taken during the massive bushfires during the summer of 2019-2020 when over 11,000 fires wiped out wildlife habitats across the East coast of Australia and with it many koalas.

Armed forces were an integral part of the disaster response, during and after the catastrophic events.
