I had a dog who had incredible amounts of energy. We didn’t know what to do with her. Eventually I tried having her pull me around the neighborhood on my downhill racing longboard. She’d pull me at full speed for two loops (~2.25 miles) before she’d slow down. At the time I weighed about 230lbs and she was still clocking most of the run at ~22mph in the Texas heat. Then, we’d get home, she’d run into the pool, do about five laps while drinking and swimming simultaneously, and finally lay down on the patio lounger and sleep under the tree.

I’ve done this as a kid with my friend’s dog. Tho I had rollerblades not quads. I also used a leash and didn’t hang directly onto the dog.
I’d like to do it as an adult with my husky. Even bought some really nice rollerblades a few years ago. But that shit ain’t like riding a bike; I can’t keep my balance anymore 😭
That’s if you trust your dog not to poop mid run.
Get yourself a rolly sled. You’ll still fall but you’ll start lower and maybe not break a hip. Or skip that step and go directly to Wheelchair Mushing!
