    I’m sure there’s a more precise methodology to it. I’m just thinking a household of 4, 2 parents 2 children, that’s only 2 tax payers since kids don’t pay taxes.

      You also gotta count all the retired / disabled / under the table employed.

      Add them in and its more like 1:2 instead of 1:1.

      Oh and also students that are full time students with no regular job at the same time.
