Yes, the former part of the story is true. But she didn’t divorce the Eiffel Tower and marry a fence.
They will get divorced when the eiffel tower sees how she is riding that fence.

True enough, but at least that part of the story has some verisimilitude.
Tragically, yes. I don’t know if I should, but I do feel bad for people like this that are in love with objects they can’t easily bring along with them. They are stuck to a certain place and cannot really be… “alone” with their “partner”. No privacy, and possibly only see them every so often.
