This is not a SFW instance. NSFW communities will be tagged, and efforts will be made to keep SFW communities clean, but proceed at your own comfort level.

I think the most likely way such standardization would happen if somebody would develop an open source format available free to use without any royalties and people would adopt it. Something like a QR code that would contain the details on some markup language. I think XML is better, but seems like JSON is more popular now.
And also for flats. The portals themselves do have a standard to get that info (OpenImmo, HR Open Standards), but since the portals prefer lock-in, the userside is stuck with custom applications.
As someone who built a system for reading and parsing resumes: no we didn’t.
We let it die and made commercial systems to sell to companies instead claiming to streamline HR.
