What infuriates me is that geologists plainly assertes that we don’t live in the anthropocene.

I live in Edinburgh, 400 miles from London. Large parts of the city look like this. We had a massive Wildfire on Arthur’s Seat, our equivalent of New York’s Central Park. Nearly died walking up a hill in the city center.

Because the British press only cares about things happening outside of London if it is either:

- Related somehow to London.
