Anarchist society meaning one where people do not have to rely on capitalism or government. Why is gradually transitioning away from a ruling class of spoiled pedophiles a bad thing?

Most actual anarchists I’ve heard primarily believe in reducing reliance on capitalists and government by way of self and local community. That was my initial point.
I feel like this entire discussion - from the initial post all through the comments - is just strawmanning. I never said I want to live in a kill-or-be-killed world. I said that if someone shows up at your home to kill you and take your shit, you can either: defend yourself, call the cops, and/or cower in fear until they kill you. I’m of the belief that even if you believe the cops will save you, your odds are slim they reach you in time. So the idea of police being a ‘checkmate’ argument is foolish to me. You’re either prepared to put up a resistance or you’re prepared to die.
But obviously I’d prefer a scenario where nobody shows up to kill anyone. I’m responding to the insane exaggeration of the stupid meme. That’s been my point this entire time. It reads to me like someone is arguing against a point that nobody is making in an attempt to dunk on people who don’t exist, seemingly because they don’t understand their opposition and can’t be bothered to try.
Who are all these anarchists you’re talking to?
A supply chain and a global supply chain aren’t the same though. Growing your own food is a supply chain. Encouraging others to do so reduces reliance on the global supply chain, but isn’t claiming that they are one and the same.
At what age does one decide to not defend oneself from an attack?
Okay, but the post at the bottom reads like it’s encouraging people to become more self-reliant…while the post at the top appears to be retorting with ‘Oh yeah? Well then someone will just come kill you then. 😤’
Like what even is this? You do know that people garden, right? There are even folks who go entirely off the grid. If someone shows up to kill you for that, kill them first. That’s gonna be the only answer whether there are governments or supply chains or whatever.
Is it just the presence of the A-word breaking your brain?
My interpretation was that it’s because they’re very loud.

They talk like they ‘like’ it in the same sense that an abuse victim ‘likes’ a week in which they’re only abused a little instead of a lot. The approval comes from comparison to the rest of new Trek. They also liked it better than the TNG films, which I dunno if I’d say that.
I didn’t like Picard, but I don’t agree with this meme. I found season three to be the most digestible of the three servings of slop.

And so far Death Stranding 2 has sold… just over 2 million. Perhaps a drop-off that steep had a hand in their willingness to light money on fire.

I gotta be honest, I don’t see how this is different than all the times a movie preview would premiere on MTV or some other cable/satellite channel. Game trailers and gameplay previews premiered on G4/TechTV quite a bit for a good run there. Also, it’s on Netflix a whopping six hours earlier than YouTube. That’s not a paywall, so much as a paybump. I hate that I’m white-knighting for capitalists here, but there are things to be outraged about and this ain’t one of em.
