New content got added to the Prophecies campaign. The new Heroes, Devona and Ghost of Althea, are a very welcome addition.

I think you can play the original version if you still have your login info. That’s what the official download page seems to imply. Don’t quote me on that, though.

They already dragged me back with Reforged. I’m guess I’m in it for the long haul.

I don’t play games to beat records. I play them to relax after work.

If I die a hundred times, its a lot easier to switch to a game that’s at the difficulty I’m willing to engage with. Sure, I can manually tweak the difficulty to make it easier, that can help, but when I do that it’s too easy to score an own goal. Once you start cheating, you fall into the trap of making the game too easy or boring. Nine times out of 10, it’s so much easier to just switch to a different game. And the fact that my backlog is astronomical in size doesn’t help.

I do use save states out of convenience, though. Sometimes the save point is too far away and life just gets in the way.

MMOs are time vampires. I’ve got the same experience with Guild Wars.

It has been a long time since I bought an EA game, yeah. Bioware was their only developer that I cared for.

Switched before Windows 7 came out on my personal computer. Vista was a disaster.

Switched fully to Linux at work too much more recently. Feels good.
