Trying to import my pool causes a panic, so maybe? Though am still in the middle of trying to recover, just haven’t had time to work on it yet.

It’s a different take on the spoon theory. Basically, in D&D and games like it, you have a certain amount of spell slots per day you can use to cast spells; I believe wizards have two at first level. Cantrips are the exception, simple spells you can cast as many times as you like per day.
