Every state in the region tries to stamp out Kurdish identity. Turkey is notorious about this. Iran is currently droning Kurds in Iraq. Syria just fucked over the AANES which had a thriving multicultural system with Kurds as a foundational part.

Basically, Kurds do a lot of dying for the region, especially in their valiant fight against ISIS but everyone still treats them like shit.

Blaming older generations instead of the powerful and wealthy is dumb and counterproductive.

Anyone who works for a living is part of the working class and bullshit like this only strengthens capitals grip by pitting workers against workers.

Your support isn’t helping the people who are serving you if they can’t eat while you are working on legislation.

You fight the system by fighting the system, not punishing people who are even more vulnerable to the cruelty of the system.

I don’t get the employer a pass. But I live in a reality of tipped wages and have had a job like that before. I have solidarity with those workers by helping the make a livelihood. Me not tipping only benefits me and the owner. Not the laborer. It is immoral to withhold the money earned
