Here are a few:

• Allowing to hide karma visible to the user.
• Good content.
• The blocking system (Reddit’s way of blocking is used to piss people off).
• Genuine debates (as far as that is possible).
• Not being immediately banned from the entire site when an AI decides you did something wrong (I can’t back this up but I firmly believe Reddit uses AI to moderate their entire site).

The actual Apollo app that’s still being developed by community volunteers. That’s all though, can’t think of anything else.

I mean sure, Lemmy has less content and interaction but that means (for me) that the content that’s shown has more value. Reddit had (and still has) lots of content but more often than not it is the same jokes, memes and questions daily.

Batman created his powers

If I remember well, Batman does not have superpowers. He’s a guy who’s rich, trains a lot, is smart and due to being rich is able to get great equipment to use.
