It depends on their skills… I know an old company where there is a lot of dinosaurs, people here for 25+ or even 30+. But they still use things like CVS (not even svn or git), no jira or jenkins, they do by hand. They use old MS Project thing, old tech like “PC Anywhere” to access some HW boards etc. Unfortunately for them but they have absolutely no modern dev skills except their niche.
