I’m going to use this as a find the pattern challenge in the future.

So just make a single shift in the next few hundred years when it has gotten bad enough to warent it.
Say we are an hour behind local noon, shift your timezone +1 hour and leave it. You don’t even need to get the world to agree, each area is free to set their own relative time.
Sure the UTC noon will be somewhere west of Greenwich, but who cares. That was always an arbitrary point.

Just pointing out that plenty of places shift their time by an hour twice a year already. It’s already in our capability to do this.

Wow. I can’t believe this still exists.
I was going to suggest trying them at a lower clock but seems like you might be out of luck.
It is pretty rare to see multiple fails like this, do a search for your ram, mobo, chipset CPU and bios and see if anything flags. Might even be worth messing with latency settings, XMP can do stupid things.
Anyone already running memtest probably knows enough to check stuff but just in case.
Assuming it’s a reputable brand it’s probably worth attempting an RMA, it usually has pretty long warranty.
