Calling that doxxing strikes me as making a mountain out a molehill. The blog author found some names attached to domain registration (if the registering individual didn’t want those public then they should’ve enable domain privacy), inferred the archive.is site admin’s location to maybe Germany, maybe Eastern Europe, maybe Russia (based on publicly accessible forum posts), noted that it’s a one-man show that can’t possibly cover its own costs and may not exist in the future, and even offered to support the archive.is admin:

It’s a testament to their persistence that they’re managed to keep this up for over 10 years, and I for one will be buying Denis/Masha/whoever a well deserved cup of coffee.

And for that the archive.is admin changed their site to hijack visitors into a DDOS botnet against the blog site. That is some crazy work.

The rate hike is a surprising turnaround for Fed Chair Kevin Warsh, who was appointed by U.S. President Donald Trump and took over the top job in May. While under consideration by Trump last year, Warsh often suggested the Fed could reduce its key rate, echoing the president’s call for lower borrowing costs.

Common Trump L. Appoint someone who’s telling you what you want to hear, then watch them turn around and do the exact opposite once they’re secure in their position. Trump can’t fire Warsh now that he’s been appointed Fed Chair, just like he couldn’t fire the preceding Chair, Jerome Powell. The inevitable storm of late-night rage-tweets is going to be delicious.
