I once heard of someone who would do a regular shopping, and take everything and put it in a stew. Meat, vegetables, fruits, cheese, bread… Whatever was bought that day. I guess that’s one way to avoid measuring everything separately.

To use it to generate code, you better use an extension like Codex installed in your IDE. If it’s not perfect the first time, you can ask it to modify it and it will apply the modifications directly in the file, instead of you having to copy paste code back and forth. It is also able to read your opened project and match the coding conventions and use the modules you already have. Pretty powerful at that point.

And then, the inevitable “what I like to do in this situation”…
No. You don’t “like” doing anything, you don’t actually “do” anything and you’ve never been “in a situation” before.

When I was in elementary school, I was kinda mad at how the kids who struggled with school always had some kind of reward when they achieved anything. Meanwhile, if you didn’t have any trouble, you got nothing out of it :(
