Fucking love SS13, though I will point prospective players to look up and play space station 14 instead as it’s essentially supplanted 13 as a superior game now.

Also, if you want a great peak into what the game can be like look up the YouTube video “To Kill a Captain”

Come on, we’ve moved on. Don’t force people to download byond ever again, that’s cruel. We use spacestation 14 furry erotic roleplay servers now.

Animation memes aren’t “funny” memes, they’re memes in the sense of an idea that spreads and replicates. They’re memes because multiple people make their own versions of the animation and post it. The joke in this post is that the person thinks animation memes are supposed to be funny like shitpost memes, when that’s not the point of them.

Oh yeah, just to clarify I’m talking about animation memes like this (warning: YouTube link) not people making memes talking about animation.

I got a nightstand with a power strip built in… Game changer for charging at night, nightmare for not browsing my phone in bed.

If someone is board game shy, I like to pull out Century. It’s a fun game that’s pretty short and has plenty of strategy, but best of all the rules are a single page. Quick explanation of the goal, the resources, and what you can do each turn and we’re off to the races. If they’re ever confused I just hand them the page and they don’t have to hunt for anything, all the info is right there. Perfect board game for beginners or when you just don’t feel like a 3 hour scythe campaign.
