The house certainly isn’t 5 minutes from the beach, the beach might be 5 minutes from the house though.

One or two clicks and it’s all set.
That’s probably great, but I don’t know what there is to set up. All I’ve ever had to do is install the packages for Steam and Heroic on OpenSuSE or Fedora. I suppose any other system is comparable.
It seems some distributions have issues with nVidia hardware (I never had trouble, although I’m running AMD for the first time in decades at the moment), maybe that’s one thing those “gaming” distributions address. I don’t really know.
You can game just fine on any distribution.

It comes from way before French. Some tribe, Celts, or whatever, call them Gauls, although it doesn’t really mean anything other that “people who live in that area according to the Romans”, counted in twenties. And that’s one of the things they’ve left us. For better or for worse.
