Find a job, or work with other people. People with more experience than you, you can learn from. Don’t chase abstract things like ‘success’, ‘money’, ‘fame’, because those things don’t focus you on anything. Make concrete plans and figure out what you need to know or do to execute your own plans. You clearly don’t have a plan, and that’s fine. It took me until I was 35 until i really figured out what i wanted to achieve and this plan that I drew out for myself took me ten years and I hope to finish by next year. I set very lofty but concrete goals for myself, and I had to work very hard to get this far. Anyway, moral of the story is that you have plenty of time to figure out what you want. Try stuff out.

Why the fuck would a bird flu originate from Africa? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard. That’s just mentioning Africa because it sounds exotic.
