M Vave FM1. $61 on AliExpress, and it’s a battery powered pocket dx7, fully compatible with all dx7 patches via sysex. Midi input via USB or trs, so be sure you get a type a midi to trs cable. First one I had was non standard and didn’t work, causing all kinds of grief until I busted out a multimeter and the cable pin out to see what’s what. For the price, it is a fantastic little toy and I’ve already learned so much about sound design from it.
