        Clearly not the real CIA, they would have just done it and made up a reason afterwards for the paperwork while OP is getting waterboarded at Not-Gitmo for the next 20 years.

            Depends on your use case.

            Playing games? 2 sticks for total of 64 would probably be better performance

            Video editing? 4 sticks for a total 128 probably going to be better.
