Your iran post was very much running against one of the rules. You might wanna reread that rule in specific. No mod or user can guess your intent, only the wording and subject matter.
And yes, I did report it on that basis. And you gotta know by this point that I didn’t do so in bad faith because I like having you around the fediverse. I’ve said as much multiple times publicly.
Truth is though, you do stream of consciousness when you post. You don’t really filter anything or think it out. That has benefits for sure, but it also means that some of your posts and comments can be badly constructed. Which is fine! Again, I think I’ve defended that publicly a couple of times, and I know I’ve done so in meatspace conversations. It does mean that sometimes those posts and comments can be problematic, and that’s what mods are for, to examine a discussion and make a decision about its merits.
