Also it just wasn’t in the cultural zeitgeist at all during the G4 guygaming era and that’s probably related. But I dunno. Nobody has exactly been SWATted, doxxed, or gotten bomb threats over the skin tone of Tom Nook so maybe that’s a bad example?
