This is not a SFW instance. NSFW communities will be tagged, and efforts will be made to keep SFW communities clean, but proceed at your own comfort level.
Depends what it is. A test system wouldn’t be a concern to give it write access. If its not logged into any of my accounts I would even be happy to give it internet access, not to anything else on my LAN though.

It doesn’t need to know what is actually prod or test
Most enviroments have stage variables in database so ppl don’t post into the wrong database
Interesting, don’t think ours do. I just copy the live database and start up a SQL server on something and throw it in. Its now a test database.
