With venlafaxine (SNRI), you don’t have the weight gain, but it fucks up your heart. Love the positive effects, though, still have to switch and I don’t like that at all. There is no similar SNRI. It is suggested to try sertraline + modafinil.

+1 for venlafaxine, which I also had to switch from because it gave me hypertension. zoloft doesn’t hit the same.
