It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia S5E11 “Mac and Charlie Write a Movie”
Original monolog:
What if we were to bring, uh, an incredibly hot but skeptical female lab partner into the mix? And then that way, whenever Dolph’s not out busting heads because he’s smelled crime, he’s back at the lab performing outrageous sexual experiments on her supple young body. Now here’s the twist-- and there is a twist: we show it. We show all of it. Because what’s the one major thing missing from all action movies these days, guys? Full penetration. Guys, we’re gonna show full penetration, and we’re gonna show a lot of it. I mean, we’re talking, you know, graphic scenes of Dolph Lundgren really going to town on this hot, young lab tech… from behind, 69, anal, vaginal, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl. All the hits. All the big ones. All the good ones. And then he smells crime again; he’s out busting heads. Then he’s back to the lab for some more full penetration. He smells crime. Back to the lab; full penetration. Crime, penetration, crime, full penetration, crime, penetration. And this goes on and on and back and forth for 90 or so minutes until the movie just sort of… ends.
What is it with Ricks?
Don’t bring me into this.
What is that referencing? I have seen that commented under a bunch of posts about Berman, but searching that phrase does not return an exact quote or anything.
In one of the legendary Mr. Plinkett Star Wars Prequel Rants, he makes a joke where he confuses Star Wars prequel producer Rick McCallum for Star Trek producer Rick Berman, which prompts him to blurt out, “What is it with Ricks?!”
Recommend those prequel reviews/rants if you’re into sci-fi and movies.
Fuck you Rick Berman!
Recommend those prequel reviews/rants if you’re into sci-fi and movies.
I had tried at one point, but the humor is definitely not my style. I found it more annoying than anything.
One too many jokes about murdering his wife.
Not enough about his terrible gay son.
Some of the humour is outdated but the film making and story telling analysis is still good. Start with the original star trek reviews, then watch the star wars reviews.
I do like the meta joke that the only person who would care enough to make hours of content shitting on the TNG movies and Star Wars prequels would be the world’s creepiest old man. Putting your argument into the mouth of an elderly serial killer is a nice inversion of the huge amount of criticism (especially prevalent at the time) that presents the author as one notch down from Christ on the cross.
Full oo-mox.
Full frontal Picardity
