Even if it is firmly entrenched, there will well be a power struggle among potential successors, that often brings down the entire regime. And in the US the fascists aren’t firmly entrenched just yet.
The long line is what will help. That whole line of them will be at each other’s throats trying to take his place. It will divide their party and divide their supporters. Eventually, one will claim victory and rise to prominence, but until then, they’ll be in crippling chaos.
