Not a fan of the inaccurate click bait title. It’s the “exact” moment plus or minus a few hundred thousand years. The star at the center is still a protostar and hasn’t reached its final size / brightness it’s still hidden by the disc it’s forming from. So not a visible star with nuclear fusion powering it. The lines are light emitted from the jets coming from the protostars poles as they cut though the interstellar medium and they are extremely long.
