It’s also rather concerning that the police van gives the idea it has ice-cream on board like it’s trying to lure children.
So I looked it up, and it is actually an ice cream truck. It seems a few cities around the US are trying to foster better public opinion of cops - especially in children - by having them serve ice cream. Still creepy and propagandizing, though.
