A redesign has been revealed for PENN15, a 1,050-foot office supertall skyscraper by Foster + Partners and Vornado Realty Trust at 15 Penn Plaza in Midtown.
Disappointed that it doesn’t have a pink marble facade, with two spherical entry ways, and some nicely trimmed bushes around the base.
