Those sheets are chaotic, just the kind of thing AI is bad at producing. Look at it trying to produce legs from the dark sheets on the right side… And all sorts of weirdness that’s not-bed-like in the purple sheets on the left.
The person that did it probably just wanted to upscale the image, but regenerated the whole thing instead.
If they used an upscale model on something like Upscayl or Comfy, they’d certainly would have achieved much better results. But they probably don’t know it.

Yea seems to be another weird regen. Here’s the original from what I can tell.

I like how in the regen, the AI made one of the Nike logos into some weird medieval fabric cut (bottom left, below his arm).
