Sounds like yet another reason to not have children.
Send them out to play and lock the bedroom door? Or just lock the door if you manage to be a bit stealthy? Have a shower?
Worst case you put on a robe. It’s not that complicated.
The biggest issue is being too tired, not opportunity.
Small children.
Another family member/friend goes for a stroll with the baby? Or simply another room + baby call with a monitor to be able to hear if something is wrong, and then confirm/deny by video. We have yet to be disturbed.
