In ENT S06E10-11 “Chain of Command”, Picard is abducted by the Cardassians and tortured. He is shown 4 lights and is told there are 5. When asked by his captors how many lights there are, he responds “There are FOUR lights!” His captors tell him he will be tortured until he sees 5 and they continue to try to break him.
