Citing the importance of the First Amendment, a federal judge in California says the U.S. government is unconstitutionally silencing critics of Israel’s war in Gaza and others as part of the Trump administration ‘s quest to deport noncitizens who it says disrupted college campuses while expressing their views.

Judge Noël Wise, in a ruling Friday, delivered a victory for The Stanford Daily, the student newspaper at Stanford University, which has said some international students were afraid to speak out because of the deportation threat.

“Freedom of speech is illusory if we are only ‘free’ to express complementary views about the government and its leaders,” the judge wrote.

Jeezus. That a judge even needs to rule on something like this is nuts beyond belief in a country built on open criticism. And it’s the damn leader of the country trying to censor this?! Truly a traitor of the nation and of democracy. He needs to be treated as such.

SO?? He supposedly couldn’t shoot protesting US citizens. He supposedly couldn’t destroy the East Wing. He couldn’t order people in boats killed. Yet, here we are.

He wants international students to live in constant fear, that’s the goal and he achieved it - no matter what the judges say.

I do a lot of work on college campuses, and last school year was my worst in business, because when MAGA started attacking foreign students last year, most of them went home, and took their money with them. That blew a hole in every college’s already established budget for the year, and they all had to cancel most of their events, including me.

This year, they re-worked their budgets for the new year without so many foreign students, and things are mostly back to normal, except with a lot fewer foreign students. I’ve been talking to the few I come across, and they are nervous, but determined to get through it. I just spoke with a freshman girl from Botswana, and she’s either brave, or too naive to worry much about it. She said her Dad wanted to come with her to bring her to school, but his visa would have been $15,000, so she came by herself.

Wise cited retaliation in March 2025 by U.S. immigration authorities against people who engaged in speech supporting the Palestinians and against Israel’s actions — which a growing number of experts, including those commissioned by a U.N. body, have said amount to genocide. The judge also cited retaliation against people who were critical of Charlie Kirk after the Turning Point USA co-founder was assassinated last September.

Thank you. I’m very grateful to this judge and others who have cited the First Amendment in ruling against the current fascist US administration.

When we take this country back, we need to go through these judges, and find the Eileen Cannons, and interrogate them heavily. If they’ve taken their seats, or ruled at all, with MAGA in mind, they should lose their law licenses, and go to prison. Cannon certainly was coordinating with Trump and MAGA, and was conspiring to let him off the hook for the most egregious treason committed by any president, and probably any other traitor in American history. She is an accomplice to treason and conspiracy, and should spend the rest of her life in prison. She is lucky it never got to trial, because if she had let him go, she’d be facing the death penalty.

Other judges, like the one in Texas who gave DECADES-long sentences to people who were exercising their 1st Amendment rights, who have conspired with MAGA against the Constitution, should suffer as well. Future judges must learn that their loyalty is to the Constitution, not their political party.

Quick note: If the government refuses, private citizens can always rise up, form your own League of Justice, and rain down hell on all these piece of shit traitors.

You don’t need the permission of corrupted organizations.

“Now is not the time for partisan rhetoric, but instead we should put this all behind us” or whatever it is they say after ever major turnover instead of actually doing something to hold them accountable.

Emil Bove is the one that suggested they simply not follow court orders. Remember his name, if there are trials.
