To me it seems like bots or sleeper accounts
Might be best to report and/or block them
What’s a sleeper account?
An account that builds credit to be able to post and interact, and be seen as not a new or “baby” account. They create them now, do fake micro interactions, then, when reputation score is higher, they get used as spam or malware.
