Does it make much difference healthwise if you were to split your meal into 2 parts? Have all your carbs at once then an hour later have your veg and protein?

Does it make much difference healthwise if you were to split your meal into 2 parts? Have all your carbs at once then an hour later have your veg and protein?

More recently I’ve been told it might be better to avoid eating meat or proteins in general for evening meals. Having to digest it through the night might also influence cancer chances due to the stress.
