I think I quit my SSRIs all very quickly when I’ve had them. Mostly cold turkey.
But God forbid I miss a dose of the SNRI, Jesus fuck. My psych did not prepare me for these.
It’s common for people who have quit both to say that getting off of Effexor was worse than getting off of heroin (wife did addiction counseling).
But SNRIs seem to either work super well, or completely fuck your shit up.
I mean they’ve worked alright, but getting off them or missing a dose is hell
