It’s effectively just a seven-number PIN, only with constellation glyphs instead of numbers and a fancy graphic of a DHD in place of the normal 10-digit numpad. I assume an experienced developer could mock up an actual lockscreen app like this pretty quickly.
That would actually be a cool unlock option instead of the pattern.
