It has that cheesy taste but more of a dry texture, so it needs a touch more olive oil. It doesn’t melt either obviously but I prefer it that way
:)I have it on buttered toast, delicious. I’m trying the pasta thing tomorrow - I usually use pecarino for carbonara.
